CASH PROGRAMS: For patients withou insurance, we offer cash visits for $50. Payment is due at time of service.
If you have this insurance, it may be possible to attend therapy with us. As always, insurance seems to change frequently.
Orthosport will help you navigate thru this insurance process. Upon setting up your first appointment, we will ask you to provide your insurance and Id number. When we get your information, we can call your insurance company for you and get your physical therapy benefits and let you know what your insurance will allow and pay when you come to us for your first visit. This is a service we are proud to provide for all of our patients!
