Core Strength

 Core Strengthening is an important part of any exercise program whether it be for recreation or sports enhancement. Here are some examples of exercises we use to improve Core Strength.  Core Strength can be taught on a mat, swiss ball, Bosu ball, or rockerboard. Strengthening the abdominals, hip, lowback and pelvic muscles are our target zone. Good core strength enhances any sport with more power, improves balance and stability, improves coordination, and helps us function easier.  Exercises can be tailored from the ages of 5 to 95.
