Sprint and Agility classes offered during the Spring and Summer Breaks by Julie Loudon PT, MTC, OCS. She has designed a sprint training class and camps to teach good running mechanics and stregthen running muscles to increase speed and coordination.The class targets improving agility and balance through the use of speed ladders, hurdles, and plyometrics. This class will enhance the athletes participation in all sports by improving their acceleration, deceleration and cutting abilities. It is also a good transition class for athletes returning from a sports injury who need more skills, quickness, and confidence.
April 2,3,4 2012 Sprint training classes offered at Chief Moses Middle School Field. Register thru Parks and Recreation or call 764-7246. Classes are 12:00 basic class and 1:00 for the advanced class. |
